Using our proprietary data-gathering tools, we collect information annually to update District and Campus Improvement Plans for Texas schools. This includes needs assessment data, as well as information about planned strategies, activities, and funding sources. Then, with input from district and campus administrators, we write plans which reflect the specific needs of the district and outline the activities that will meet those needs.
